TMP-HK SERIES REFRIGERANT AIR DRYER

HK series air driers are designed in accordance with the principle of “Maximum performance under tough conditions” and operate from 60°C inlet to 50°C ambient temperature by means of environmentally-friendly R134a gas and wide ablation area condensers.


Integrated filter
Inlet and outlet filters installed in the canopy do not only increase performance and quality but also additional piping for inlet and outlet of driers is prevented.


Compact design
Every centimeter in the drier is used high efficiently and carefully.


Easy access
You can access the cooling circuit within a few seconds by means of screwless type connections and plastic handles.
Interior ventilation

Hot air passing through the condenser is not supplied to the drier by means of ventilation duct in the upper part of the condensers. Ventilation inside the machine is of maximum efficiency.
Exterior ventilation


Exterior ventilation ducts (to prevent overheating of the plant room or to heat other rooms with the hot air exhausted) installed with custom design bolts installed in upper canopy sheet in big driers condenser of which is installed in top part can be installed easily and do not require extra labor.


Automatic discharge system
Liquid water droplets from the lines is separated by the water separator before feeding to the drier and removed and maximum drier performance is achieved.


Insulation
All parts are covered with insulating material in sufficient thickness to prevent external heat and to keep the performance at the top level. Here, not only cooling circuit but also cold drainage pipe and hoses are not ignored.


Independent power panel
Panel is insulated from cooling circuit. Panel with external cover allows fast access without opening the canopy of the driers during any electrical process.


Electrical connection of the drier
Electrical connection of the drier is very easy. Electric line cables fixed with unions are installed in the conduit box directly without entering the drier.


Hot Gas By-Pass Valve
By-pass valve is bigger than hot gas by-pass valves in especially big driers. In big driers, hot gas even in small amount and even supplied unintentionally affects performance of the drier adversely. For this reason, we take care of not using simple hot gas by-pass valve in large systems we design. While the valve used is controlled with pressure like ordinary HGBPV, and also drier requires 100% cooling therefore, solenoid valve is shut-down and top level of performance is achieved.
The below correction factors should be used to choose the suitable drier!!!
For instance; if an air compressor supplies 100 m3/hour air at 7 bar pressure, 45°C inlet temperature (to the drier) and at 35°C ambient temperature, the necessary drier capacity will be calculated as follows.
