The ATV is an oil-injected belt-driven screw compressor series. With high-quality components, a specially designed belt-driven system, and an air cooling system, your compressor is ready to operate at maximum efficiency for extended periods. The mechanical power transmitted from the electric motor enables the rotors of the screw block to rotate, thereby compressing and advancing the air at atmospheric pressure. In our screw compressor models, the standard operating pressures are 7, 8, 10, and 13 Bar. First, it is essential to determine the necessary pressure level to ensure the smooth operation of the machines and equipment that work with compressed air within the relevant company. The specific air consumption rates of the compressed air equipment should be identified, and the required minimum air flow rate must be calculated. It is not desirable for compressors to operate under continuous load; therefore, a compressor with a capacity slightly above the calculated air flow rate should be selected.
