ATV VS Series

The ATV VS is a series of driven compressors equipped with a belt-pulley drive system. In these driven belt-pulley compressors, the screw block speed can be adjusted through both the driver and the belt-pulley system. The rotation speed of the electric motor in driven compressors is controlled by a high-performance driver, which can adjust the output frequency. Our drivers feature soft start and soft stop functions, a PID system that maintains constant output pressure, and a protection system in case of overload.

Compressors that include a driver and a belt-pulley drive system benefit from the advantages of the driver while incorporating the compact design of the belt-pulley drive system. A compressor with a star-delta starting system that operates idle consumes approximately 30%-50% energy, while driven compressors achieve energy consumption values of 15%-25%. This enables driven compressors to help businesses achieve energy savings.
